Orlando Carnival is held annually on Memorial weekend. Your non-refundable down payment must be paid upon registration, otherwise your order will be incomplete and immediately cancelled. Registration closes when each section capacity have been met. Final payments due by and no later than April 7th, 2024.

No. We do expect each member to be responsible or to be accompanied by a responsible adult. We also have Majorettes for the younger kids, starting from age 3 and up. The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website, and advertised on our social media pages. The final date of costume distribution is the Friday before Carnival, after which all uncollected costumes are no longer available, and will be put for re-sale! We will always provide updates if any changes occur. *COSTUMES ARE NOT SHIPPED OR DELIVERED

Yes, you are able to authorize someone to collect your costume on your behalf , instructions on how to do so will be provided to all registered masquerader at a later date.

COVID-19 is still a real thing, and we should all still exercise caution, and social distancing. Therefore, by purchasing a costume for Orlando Carnival, you agree that all payments made are final, and that you accept all responsibility and liability should anything happen as the result of COVID-19 and its variants. In the event that carnival is canceled because of COVID-19, all payments made are still non-refundable. However, If that does happen, we will contact each masquerader and provide the options available regarding their purchase. Once deposits are made, costumes are sent immediately to production, therefore refunds cannot be given.

By purchasing a Fete Massterz costume, you agree that all payments made are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business, costumes are custom made to your size request, therefore Fete Massterz does not provide refunds. All payments made are final and non-refundable. In the event that you cannot make it to carnival or carnival is canceled by no fault of Fete Massterz (any act of god, infectious diseases, venue issues, permit issues, etc.), refunds are not issued.
